This site uses GA4 for traffic analysis and runs no advertising or retargeting. Below is what we actually collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Cookies and traffic analysis
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 writes cookies named _ga and _ga_* to your browser to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These are non-essential, analytics cookies.
This site carries no advertising tags, no retargeting pixels and no cross-site advertising trackers. We do not use this data to serve advertising, and we do not join it to the details you enter in the inquiry form.
If you prefer not to be counted, you can block this site’s cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Everything on this site continues to work if you do.
What personal data we collect
We receive personal data only when you choose to submit the inquiry form. Its fields are: name, company, email, phone, country or region, the product code you are asking about, and your message.
Only name, email and message are required. You may leave the rest blank.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your inquiry, quote, and continue the resulting business conversation. We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to your inquiry, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
If your inquiry concerns a specific part number, that number is recorded with it so we can prepare the correct specification and price.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are written to our content management system (Sanity) as a sales record, and a notification email is sent to our sales staff. The site itself is hosted on Vercel.
These providers are necessary to process your inquiry and each operates under its own data processing terms; traffic analysis is provided by Google. Beyond them, we do not pass your data to other third parties.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for a reasonable period after the business relationship ends, so that follow-up orders, warranty and complaints can be handled. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop using it to contact you.
Please contact us by email and we will act within a reasonable period. To protect your data we may first need to verify your identity.
